Caerphilly

Caerphilly is a simple cheese, mild and buttery, that originated in Welsh farmhouses as lunch for Welsh and English miners. We make ours with raw goat milk, of course, dip it in wax and age it for 60 days.

“Caerphilly is a wonderfully smooth, dense velvet textured cheddar with a distinctive nutty flavor and slightly tangy edge. On the mild side as cheeses go and absolutely delicious.”
